The Utility Department handles water pumping and distribution, wastewater collection system repairs, and wastewater treatment for Terrell residents served by our water and wastewater system.  Although few in number, due to recent annexations there are some areas within the City Limits currently served by other water providers. 

The department also provides utility billing and customer services.
