Rainbow trout are at 19 designated neighborhood fishing lakes in 10 urban areas of Texas, plus more than 150 other sites statewide. Ben Gill Park is one of the sites for trout fishing between the months of January & February. All other fishing out side of Rainbow Trout during January & February is catch and release.
