The Friends of the Riter C. Hulsey Public Library is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that promotes the interests and welfare of the library as a cultural and educational asset.
The Friends group provides an extension of library resources, services, and facilities through advocacy and community building. General members and those on the Executive Board advocate for the library throughout Terrell and the surrounding area helping to raise funds that provide programs for all ages, update equipment, and expand public library services such as the WINGS: Adult Education program and the Summer Reading program. Membership dues supply the extra funds the library needs to maintain the level of superior service that our patrons have come to expect.
Become a Friend and support the library by making monetary donations or volunteering your time for projects or events.
