All restaurants and businesses selling food items must apply for a Health Permit annually. Applications must be received prior to January 15 in order to avoid penalties.
Temporary Health Food Permits
Anyone selling food at any private or public special event must obtain a Temporary Health Food Permit. Permits should be applied for no less than five (5) business days prior to an event. Examples of special events that would require vendors to obtain a temporary Health Food Permit: Terrell Jubilee, Terrell Taco Festival, fundraising event, etc.
