Mobile Food Units 

To operate a Mobile Food Unit (Food Truck, trailer, etc.) in the City of Terrell, you must obtain a Mobile Food Unit Permit. Permits are valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of issue.

Permit fee is $150.

All mobile food vendors who operate within the City of Terrell shall pass a Health and Fire Inspection and receive a permit sticker prior to operating. The permit sticker shall be displayed on the mobile food unit while operating within the City of Terrell. 

If your mobile food business is on wheels and enclosed or partially a permit sticker is required.
