Terrell Citizens Convenience Station Guidelines
The Terrell Citizens Convenience Station accepts residential household trash and brush only. Commercial dumping is strictly prohibited.
Free Disposal Permits
- Residents are allowed two (2) free disposals per year.
- A Solid Waste Disposal Permit must be obtained before disposal.
- Permits can be purchased at the Utility Window at City Hall:

Additional Free Clean-Up Days
- The City of Terrell offers four (4) free residential clean-up days annually for residents within city limits.
- No permit required for these clean-up days. Visit Free Residential Clean-Up for more info.

- Saturday: 9 AM–12 PM

Important Rules
- All vehicles and trailers must be tarped.
- Bulky items require a permit (fees based on load size).
- Residents outside city limits may use Black Jack Disposal’s Terrell Station at 287 FM 429, Terrell, TX.
- Brush and debris: fee-based
- Recyclables: free
