Terrell Citizens Convenience Station Guidelines

The Terrell Citizens Convenience Station accepts residential household trash and brush only. Commercial dumping is strictly prohibited.

Free Disposal Permits

  • Residents are allowed two (2) free disposals per year.
  • A Solid Waste Disposal Permit must be obtained before disposal.
  • Permits can be purchased at the Utility Window at City Hall:
    201 E Nash St., Terrell, TX
    Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Additional Free Clean-Up Days

  • The City of Terrell offers four (4) free residential clean-up days annually for residents within city limits.

  • Wednesday: 9 AM–4 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM–12 PM

Important Rules

  • All vehicles and trailers must be tarped.
  • Bulky items require a permit (fees based on load size).
  • Residents outside city limits may use Black Jack Disposal’s Terrell Station at 287 FM 429, Terrell, TX.
    • Brush and debris: fee-based
    • Recyclables: free
