Community RoomOnline booking may be done through the Reservation App.

Read our complete  Riter C. Hulsey Public Library Community Room Policy and Procedure (PDF) before completing the reservation request. You will be asked to agree to those terms & conditions upon booking the room. 


Important Information:

  • The person making the reservation (reserver) must agree to the Community/Meeting Room Policies and Procedures. 
  • No one may occupy the room until the Reserver has checked in at the Front Desk and paid any fees associated with the room's use.
  •  After the reserved time the Reserver must check out at the Front Desk.
  • The Community/Meeting Room may be reserved and used for general, non-commercial, informational, educational, cultural, and civic purposes, including discussion groups, panels, lectures, conferences, and seminars. Please see the Community Room Policies for any fees that may apply to the reservation
  • It is not available for functions in which admission is charged or during which sales or collections are made.
  • It is not intended to be used on a continuing basis for any group or individual. 

Priority booking is given for Library and City-sponsored meetings, classes, and events. 

Need a private space for only 1 person?  The Talkbox is also available for reservation.
